Yo @UPS I was supposed to have a package of an @easyplant delivered today. Your website says that delivery was attempted, but we never got a phone call or any sort of attempt at delivery. When I call your customer service, it's literally impossible to talk to a human. Help?

@DHLPaket @DHLPaket The cards always say that delivery was "attempted", but it's clearly not being attempted, I'm home all day usually and the doorbell never rings, no delivery is attempted, and the package is dropped off in a random location. It's very frustrating.

@DHLPaket I put attempted in quotes because DHL has never attempted to deliver any of my packages, instead they just bring it to wherever the hell the want and then just send me a card to go pick it up.
