@Shayor19 @crazyclipsonly Some women don't know they are pregnant until giving birth. You can still have your period while pregnant. Your anatomy can be tilted and bump goes into you.

I remember reading about a old lady in her 70s who had a similar kidney issues and it turned out to be a calcified baby.
