Hi Kenya and @StandardKenya
Do you want a corrupt criminal handling the most of your Kenyan money?
Pretty sure Charles Kerich - who is responsible for more money than anyone else in Kenya as CEC of Nairobi County - has been breaking the law.
He’s been director & shareholder (via his brother Andrew as proxy) of VeGrid Ltd. For the US branch he is actually shareholder himself - check https://t.co/EvxEIg6vGR
🇰🇪 Kenyan law is quite clear about conflicts of interest for public officials.
If you are a County Executive Committee (CEC) member, you are a State officer. You cannot use public office to advance your own private business interests.
📌 Constitution, Article 75: A State officer must avoid conflicts between personal interests and public duties and cannot put private interests ahead of the public interest.
📌 Constitution, Article 77 + Leadership & Integrity Act, s.26: A full-time State officer is restricted from other gainful employment, particularly where it conflicts with the office or impairs independent judgment.
📌 Conflict of Interest Act 2025, s.19: A public officer cannot be a party to or beneficiary of a goods, works or services contract with their own reporting entity—and cannot use official power to award or influence a contract in which they have a private interest.
📌 Leadership & Integrity Act, s.35: You cannot simply do indirectly through another person what would breach the integrity rules if you did it yourself.
Oh and I have recordings and will swear under oath in court Vegrid Ltd. CEO tom ogutu told me charles kerich is the actual director, and he also admitted he is making corrupt illegal moves to benefit the solar company.
This lady is spitting facts.
The issue with Kenyans is our tendency to ignore problems until they turn into a crisis, vent our frustrations emotionally, and then simply adapt to the new, worse reality. When it comes to outsiders, we need to remember that visitors are just guests, not permanent fixtures and they should NOT be allowed to displace or destabilize local way of living.
Lmao, you’re missing the point.
Mark met Priscilla when he was still a student at Harvard. They were together for about 9 years or so before they got married. She was becoming a doctor; he was building Facebook. Their relationship existed long before the billions, the fame and the status.
I'd always prefer someone who can sit with me when life is no longer exciting and still be your best friend. Someone who I can build a family with, a business and a home and a life with.
Yes I know physical attraction matters. But attraction is not the same thing as building a life together.
But can beauty alone manage your empire?
There was something Mark saw in her beyond love. That's companionship and partnership.
Rift Valley Leaders are on the ground mobilizing their people to vote as a Block!
Mount Kenya is doing the same.
Coast Region is doing the same.
Western Kenya is in similar mode.
Luo Nyanza is in similar mode.
Kamba people are doing similar.
And so are Somalis.
Politics in Kenya has always revolved around the Big Tribes consolidating its votes then entering into tribal alliances.
To accuse one region of tribalism is stupid hypocrisy!
Our democracy is tribe-centric. Anything else is fantasy.
