So I’ve been having a medical thing since August and at no point has any of my medical team mentioned my weight, my bmi, said the word obesity or made me feel bad/negatively about myself in anyway. This is how medical treatment should be.

@WestJet I got a lovely lady on the phone who was 8000x more helpful than anyone at the as there was no one at your help desk to help the 20 people who had their luggage left behind. I will now have to figure out how to file a claim for the clothing we will have to purchase…not cool.
