This amendent to the bill has nothing to do with the president or state represenatives. This was added by The senate Finance Committee. These are 27 Senators: This was a bi-partisan effort. While house reps can retool the bill and send it back to senate, its highly unlikely they would do it over this. Vegas is ground zero for gambling, unfortunetly all senators & congress here are democrats so not much can be done in NV. Not too many friendly faces on the this committee. Marsha Blackburn there is hope with the work she's put in for Crypto but then u have people like Elizabeth Warren who wants to tax anything that moves. Here is the list of senators on the committee:
