A few years ago I watched the BBC documentary The Story of China, and one line always stayed in my mind for some reason: “The Nile’s annual rise was predictable and was regarded by Egyptians as a “joyful and benign source of life”, whereas the Yellow River was a destroyer responsible for catastrophic floods and millions of deaths.”

बस पूछना है की कोई एक मिडिल क्लास व्यक्ति या गरीब व्यक्ति एक-दो महीने का सिर्फ EMI ही मिस कर दें,लाठी-डंडे-गाली के साथ उसके घर गुंडे बैंक वाले किस नियम से भेजते हैं? उनके लिए सरकार का प्रोटेक्शन कहाँ है? यह तबका भी टैक्स देता है! इस तबके को भी जीवन में दिक्कतें हो सकती है जैसे सुभाष चंद्र जैसे बड़े लोगों की होती है! इन्हे ऐसा "बेल आउट" देने की कोई योजना क्यों नहीं है!

मेरा NCR के नोएडा और गाजियाबाद का यही अनुभव रहा है कि ज्यादातर लोग अपने जीवन से दुःखी हैं।

फ्लैट और अपार्टमेंट में रहने वाले लोग ज्यादातर लोग जातिवादी हैं, और Classist हैं।

जिन्होंने फ्लैट खरीदे हैं, वो इस बात से दुःखी हैं:
• क्वॉलिटी अच्छी नहीं है (रेंट पर रहने वालों के लिए ये लागू नहीं होता है)
• बिल्डर कुछ काम नहीं करता है
• मेंटेनेंस बढ़ा हुआ है
• ऑफिस में रगड़कर परेशान हैं
• सैलरी सारी रेंट और EMI भरकर खत्म हो जा रही है
• स्कूल महंगे हैं, दवाई महंगी है
• सैलरी भी उस हिसाब से नहीं है जितनी महंगाई लगातार बढ़ रही है
• साफ हवा, साफ पानी और अच्छी सड़कें नहीं हैं

अंततः यही सब कारण मिलकर इतना दुःखी कर देते हैं कि वो गुस्से के रूप में निकलता है, और एक-दूसरे को गिराने में लगे रहते हैं।

इन सब चीज़ों के बाद ज्यादातर लोग “अंधभक्त” बने हुए हैं।

जैसा कि इस वीडियो में भी देख सकते हैं कि गार्ड शायद “यादव” था, इसीलिए ये मानसिक विक्षिप्त महिला बीच में बेवजह अखिलेश यादव को भी ला रही है।

इतने सालों से बीजेपी सत्ता में है, लेकिन कभी सरकार से सवाल नहीं करेंगे।

खुद को इतने बड़े ज्ञानी समझते हैं कि गांव में रहने वाली जनता इनसे बेवकूफ है, और दुनिया नहीं देखी है।

सुबह ऑफिस जाओ, शाम को नशे में डूब जाओ, क्योंकि सब चीजें भुला देता है, और रोज का यही है, और इतने में ही जीवन सिमट गया है।

कोई ऐसा बड़ा पब्लिक स्पेस नहीं है, जहां जाकर बैठें और मानसिक शांति पा सकें, इसके लिए सरकार से भी सवाल नहीं करेंगे।

इन्हीं सब कारणों से मुझे इन लोगों के लिए कोई सांत्वना नहीं है, ना कभी होगी 🙂👍🏻
