Till the date of this post (4th April, 2026), neither have I received my money back (16 lakhs INR paid on 29th November, 2025) nor have I gotten a car (Mahindra 3X0).

I desperately need your help @anandmahindra because neither your customer representatives (@MahindraRise/@Mahindra_Auto/@18002096006) nor the dealership Neon Motors (@ltd_neon/@neon_motors/@LtdNeon/@neonmotors/ @MotorsNeon/@motors_neon) have helped me reach a resolution for this for 126 days now.

I just desperately need your help to get out of this situation. I don't want a car anymore, this was the first car purchase of my life and I am very traumatized by this experience. I just want to end my association with this situation and move on with my life.

For 126 days they have the full amount of 16 lakhs INR and they have not given me a vehicle and on top of all that they refuse to communicate clearly, threatened to physically assault me for escalating the situation, and give me any kind of ETA.

Anyone who can help me please DM. I have documented the entire timeline with screenshots and details to the best of my abilities. I am completely helpless because now my entire money is gone and nobody from Mahindra is responding to me.

A brief history:
- I booked a 3XO October 2025 and was promised delivery in a month.
- That didn’t happen as they delayed delivery till December 2025.
- In December 2025, they asked me to complete payment for the vehicle before showing me the vehicle so I completed the payment of full 16 lakhs INR in good faith without seeing the car.
- When they showed me the vehicle they tried to conceal a dent it had near the fuel tank. I did not accept delivery of the car.
- They tried to pull shady tactics like resolving my complaints behind my back, putting the car under first free service to fix it, and so on.
- I struggled for weeks demanding a full refund because I didn’t want to deal with people who acted like this.
- After arguing and struggling for weeks, they offered me a replacement car at the end of December 2025 and offered to do ceramic coating for free as an incentive.
- Since then (December 2025) till now (April 2026) they’ve been unresponsive about when I’ll receive my car.
- At one point during a heated discussion they even threatened physical assault on me upon which I went to the police. They threatened that they would come to my society to beat me up because I kept escalating the situation.
- I even sent them a legal notice last month (March 2026) which had no effect on them.
