You just publicly admitted the essential facts:
The release clause was valid. Pogoń paid it. The transfer goes through. Wisła receives several hundred thousand euros for a player you signed for free. Great deal for you guys.

And your baseless accusation about “breaching the rules on contacting a player” is particularly funny coming from you.

We did not speak for months after I confronted you and called you out over what I discovered and had clear evidence of, regarding your discussions and negotiations with Axel Holewiński, a Player under contract with us. You apologized, begged me to unblock you on WhatsApp, and eventually we moved on and I forgave you.

I didn’t run to social media, put on a crown and cry like a little princess about the “Wild West.” I dealt with it directly, like a grown man.

A little advice from a businessman who has been working since the age of 7, because apparently, I am not the genius and intellectual that you are:

"If you don’t like a clause, don’t put it in your contract. If you don’t want a release clause exercised, don’t give one."

Not one Pogoń player has a release clause. It is against our policy. Why? Because even a low IQ guy like me understands that contractual rights and clauses are meant to be exercised, not admired from a distance.

Even my gold fish Charlie knows this basic rule!

You wrote the clause.
The player and Pogoń exercised it.
You got paid.
We got the player.
Even Harry Potter cannot make those facts disappear. 🪄

And now you are explaining to everyone why your own clause somehow should not have worked exactly the way you drafted it.

For a genius programmer who thinks five steps ahead, that is a fascinating programming bug.

By all means, go to PZPN. We welcome it. We did nothing wrong, and we will defend our actions fully.

But understand something very clearly: I am not one of the other clubs or people you can insult and simply drag through the mud without consequence.

The moment you cross the line with false accusations, insults, defamation, libel, slander, misleading statements or damaging lies, I will hold you personally accountable and pursue every legal remedy available to me, including suing you for everything you got.

So govern yourself accordingly.
