Hmm. Such is the way and manner some charlatan politicians continue to play with the intelligence of people.
A pastor has just been arrested for his involvement in the Oyo kidnapping. Heโs the one accused of supplying arms, drugs, vehicles, and other equipment to the criminals.
Iโm calling on @davido, @thatverydarkman, and every other Christian/Pagan/Muslim pushing that narrative to direct the same energy and pressure toward this terrorist pastor until he reveals the location of the abducted school children.
@kahuturarara Ai abun Alfahari ne kayi wa Davido Raddi shi Kuma ya maka martani. Mutumin da duk duniya sun san dashi Kai kuwa iya arewacin Nigeria ne kawai. Idan ka isa kayi video da turanci ๐๐๐
According to the police, the deceased was not involved in any criminal incident, contrary to reports circulating in some media outlets.
The Command expressed concern over the publication of what it described as an unverified and fabricated story, noting that it misled the public and caused unnecessary distress to the late senior officer's family, friends, and colleagues.
The police further described the report as insensitive, particularly at a time when loved ones and members of the Force were mourning the loss of an accomplished officer who served the nation with distinction.
Consequently, the Command called for the immediate withdrawal of the publication and urged the media organisation responsible to issue a public correction and apology in the interests of truth, professionalism, and accountability.
It also advised members of the public to disregard the report and rely only on information released through official channels of the Lagos State Police Command.
The Command reaffirmed its commitment to combating misinformation and providing accurate, timely, and verified information to the public.
