Why would I invest 20m in to a rental property to collect 120k per month (assuming 100% occupancy and before repairs and taxes), instead of investing in infrastructure bond and collect 210pm (with almost 100% guarantee and zero taxes?).

1.Larry doesn’t work for your government, and he sure as hell isn’t on your payroll or paid with our taxes.

2. He didn’t sneak into this position through closed-door deals or whispered political promises.

He earned this through balls and grit, and earned the respect of Kenyan's by showing up when it mattered.

3. He’s not here to clean up your incompetence, but to expose your arrogance. He owes you nothing.

This isn’t a job, it’s a burden he chose to carry because someone had to. That’s what patriotism looks like.
