@shagbark_hick Lived in El Paso, it’s awesome but has crazy property taxes.

Lived in NM it’s pretty great but ABQ is a shithole.

Currently live in Alaska and personally it’s been my favorite place I’ve lived. You can easily buy a dry cabin in the Mat-Su valley area in your price range
