I came across this position that mentioned "a pre-identified candidate has been identified, however all applicants will be considered." Basically, they're just posting it to post it, but they likely won't choose you. Between this and workday discriminating , our chances are slim.

@SeeRacists Not only that, but their content is centered around instigating altercations with Black people. They harass us trying to illicit a response. When we respond, they retreat and act like they're the victims, which puts us in harms way dealing with police.

It's an obsession.

He was aggressive while in his vehicle, and then he escalated the situation by getting out and approaching her.

@TheSCIF @ShadowBreakAI It was mentioned that he initiated the parking dispute by blocking her from a spot with his car. He eventually moved, but kept engaging with her in an aggressive manner. He was using his car to harass and threaten her. He's not innocent. She's literally there to shop.

@TheSCIF She can still fire in self defense even if he is unarmed. He doesn't have to have a weapon for her to fear for her life and stand her ground.

This is a man chasing a woman as she tells him to leave her alone. Mind you, he also initiated the parking dispute. He's the aggressor.
