I came across this position that mentioned "a pre-identified candidate has been identified, however all applicants will be considered." Basically, they're just posting it to post it, but they likely won't choose you. Between this and workday discriminating , our chances are slim.
@JonChurchEA@SeeRacists So Black people are minding their business living their lives, and yt people come around harassing them for no reason & that seems normal to you?
It's an obsession, a mental illness, it has nothing to do with us & everything to do with your lack of confidence and insecurities.
@SeeRacists Not only that, but their content is centered around instigating altercations with Black people. They harass us trying to illicit a response. When we respond, they retreat and act like they're the victims, which puts us in harms way dealing with police.
It's an obsession.
@blackkefka "He will never get strong enough if you keep doing it for him."
This applies to so many things while raising boys.
Boys are considered future protectors, leaders, and providers, you're doing them a disservice by not preparing them to take charge.
@rebelfreebird1@DailyLoud The interaction didn't start when he first approached her. He blocked a parking space she was waiting for. He initiated the confrontation by driving erratically. He was aggressive while in his vehicle, and then he escalated the situation by getting out and approaching her.
Start looking at the photos companies post on their LinkedIn.
I found a solid position to apply for, I looked at their company photos. I had to look through dozens of photos before seeing one Black person.
How are you preaching diversity and there's such little representation?
@TheSCIF@ShadowBreakAI It was mentioned that he initiated the parking dispute by blocking her from a spot with his car. He eventually moved, but kept engaging with her in an aggressive manner. He was using his car to harass and threaten her. He's not innocent. She's literally there to shop.
@TheSCIF She can still fire in self defense even if he is unarmed. He doesn't have to have a weapon for her to fear for her life and stand her ground.
This is a man chasing a woman as she tells him to leave her alone. Mind you, he also initiated the parking dispute. He's the aggressor.
i want anniversaries. i want someone to look at me and can't imagine life without me. i want unconditional love. i want healthy communication. butterflies even after we're months/years in. i want years with someone.
I asked my ex to take the kids last night. He met up with me and we did our hand off. I have the kids full-time and just recently I started asking if he'd watch them for a few hours or overnight. I've been exhausted bc I don't get a break often. I've been asking him to help more.
Dads. It's not out of anger, it's out of protection for herself and the kids. The mom is being abused in plain sight in manipulative ways, but people around her say she's overreacting or being emotional. No, he wants her to worry and stress when he has them bc in their mind she's
