बात ये है कि इन 23 सिपाहियों को इन्हीं कप्तान साहब ने जान बूझ कर सामान्य छुट्टी नहीं दी होगी कि ये लड़के दरोगा परीक्षा की तैयारी कर पाएं।
मजबूरी में लड़कों ने मेडिकल अवकाश डाल दिया होगा।
पुलिस और प्रशासन की नौकरियों में ऐसा4बहुत होता रहता है।
बिना जायज़ कारण के अध्ययन अवकाश के नाम पर अय्याशी करने वाले आई ए एस/आई पी एस अफसर जब चाहें अवकाश ले लेते हैं, फिर लौट आते हैं।
कुछ तो नौकरी छोड़ कर भी वापस आ जाते हैं।

अब वही कप्तान साहब ये कार्यवाही दिखा कर वाहवाही लेने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
जबकि मैं सौ प्रतिशत श्योर हूं कि ये सिपाही मेडिकल पर क्यों गए, विभाग में पहले दिन से सबको पता होगा।
पुलिस में छोटे कर्मचारियों का छुट्टी लेना बड़े अफसरों को बहुत नागवार लगता है।
बाकी मैं कहता ही आया हूं कि वर्तमान सरकार में 2011 की मायावती सरकार की पुनरावृत्ति हो रही है जब अफसर सरकार चलाते थे और मुख्यमंत्री पता नहीं किस दुनिया में रहते थे।

As the 2024 season ends, I look back on everything I’ve learned through the year - about improvement, setbacks, mentality and more.

On Monday, I injured myself in practice and x-rays showed that I had fractured the fourth metacarpal in my left hand. It was another painful challenge for me. But with the help of my team, I was able to participate in Brussels.

This was the last competition of the year, and I wanted to end my season on the track. While I couldn’t meet my own expectations, I feel this was a season in which I learned a lot. I am now determined to return, fully fit and ready to go.

I want to thank all of you for your encouragement. 2024 has made me a better athlete and person. See you in 2025. 💪

➡️SO साहब से एक पुलिस कांस्टेबल छुट्टी की जायज फरियाद करता है, जिसमें कारण दिया गया था कि संबधित कांस्टेबल की पत्नी डिलिवरी हेतु अस्पताल में एडमिट है.

➡️लेकिन कप्तान साहब के आदेशानुसार SO द्वारा कांस्टेबल को घर जाने की छुट्टी नहीं दी जाती है. इसी बीच कांस्टेबल विकास निर्मल की पत्नी एवं नवजात बच्ची की दुखद मौत हो जाती है. अंत में कांस्टेबल ने कप्तान से लगाई गुहार तब कहीं जाकर कांस्टेबल अपने गृह जनपद मैनपुरी के लिए निकलता है जहां उसकी मासूम नवजात बच्ची और उसकी पत्नी दोनों मृत पड़े हुए हैं.

➡️इस घटना से पता चलता है कि विभागों में नैतिकता का स्तर क्या है. हम एक इंसान के नाते कितना नीचे गिर रहे हैं. मामले को गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए. क्या विभाग कोई एक कारण बता सकता है जिम्मेदार कप्तान और SO पर हत्या का मुकदमा नहीं दर्ज होना चाहिए?

➡️अब सब ठीक है उस कांस्टेबल ने अपना परिवार खो दिया अब वो आराम से ड्यूटी करेगा. इस मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच की क्यूँ न हो. मामले में लीपापोती जारी. @Uppolice @UPGovt @myogiadityanath @CMOfficeUP @HMOIndia @PMOIndia
