@bookmyshow - Movie booking system error. I booked tickets for 29th, it issued for 28th, and now refusing to rectify its error or even acknowledge. And support chatbots/agents keep closing ticket without my consent. I want what I paid for, NOT refund. Just do the right thing!!

@BisleriZone - Just how patient do you expect me to be? Order placed 21 Apr still not delivered on 29 Apr!! At times delivery gets assigned, no one answers the call, and other days there is complete silence! Where is the ownership? Where is the proactiveness? For PREPAID orders!
Seriously @BisleriZone??? PREPAID order for two water cans placed in 17/2, 2 days to ship (violates your own SLA), out for delivery on 19/2, and expected by 28/2? Is the delivery person walking, from Mumbai office, dragging along the cans?
Plz resolve asap or dont take orders!

Order marked as 'out for delivery' and then marked 'unable to deliver' without trying to deliver or even calling to check/replan.

Absolutely pathetic service by @BisleriZone. Prepaid order placed on 17th July, ETA 18th, and by EOD 24th, still not delivered.
Calling customer care just as futile. Make empty promises but no delivery - 8 days and counting, just to deliver 2 cans of water, UNBELIEVABLE!!!
