What is going on here?

This video is spreading around social media, showing hundreds of people who are dressed like dogs howling in a Berlin train station in Germany.

Many of the social posts claim that these people “identify as dogs.” This is not the case with most of these individuals, if not all.

In fact, this is actually a type of cosplay.

Does this really upset people?
