Owners of restaurants don't get online and tell people to buy a restaurant when they complain about the burger being bad or service being slow.
I'm not saying people should openly bash tracks but use criticism to get better not expect consumers to lower expectations.
@I80SPDWAYghost@BrianHunter27@MI_Sprints It makes a big difference to families with young kids, and if you don’t get those young kids into racing, the sport won’t see the 2060s
@DachshundBTC Far more scripture points to that as the source of salvation than Peter’s church.
Placing a greater emphasis on what the scripture says than the church’s authority brings us back to square one.
@DachshundBTC Belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, who died for our sins and rose from death, then submitting to him as your Lord, is how salvation is achieved, not membership in any particular church.
@DachshundBTC We’re of differing beliefs on the authority of the Church relative to the Scriptures’ authority, so probably not much of a point in arguing something that’s been argued for 500 years now
@NicoleOnRacing@treeinthewall@ballistic972 It’s not a slogan, it’s copy on a single T-shirt, so it’s pretty easy to conclude that because of the Lincoln Memorial graphic, it’s referring to one IndyCar race in DC.
I’m not saying the execution was good, and glad they took it down.
@treeinthewall@NicoleOnRacing@ballistic972 That is so obviously the intention lol. Yeah, it’s insane nobody caught the issue with that wording, but it’s even more insane to think that would be intentional from IndyCar
@ShawnaRobbins_9 I feel like this instance was more than just the cussing.
It was the whole interview being negative, the cussing combined with the track criticism, and basically calling the fans stupid (which I haven’t seen anybody else comment on, and the worst thing IMO).
