30 years as an F1 fan. The last races broke something.
Qualifying should have me on the edge of my seat. Instead I watched Alonso, Verstappen, Norris and Leclerc stand at the microphone looking genuinely defeated. That says everything.
We want screaming engines. Slipstream battles at 300km/h. Overtaking decided by courage and setup — not by who managed their battery best.
Porsche ignored their fans and pushed electric. Nobody wanted it. Nobody bought it. F1, you are making the exact same mistake.
The drivers warned you. The fans warned you. You went ahead anyway.
And the timing makes it worse. Mercedes did the work, played by the rules, and built the best system. Rewarding that with a rule reversal is also not fair. You might as well hand them the next 5 championships and call it done.
Give us racing back. The kind that made us fall in love with this sport in the first place.

The tour has barely sold out 3/30 shows, with 27 shows still having a lot of unsold tickets. A music industry insider said "Sometimes you don’t retire. The fans retire you."
