@bchesky@SUMMA_ And tried contact @AirbnbHelp@Airbnb for help on twitter, on the phone and to in-app support like literally begging for help. But No one can help.
Airbnb is the best platform before this unsolved case (14 days), but nothin last forever, maybe this is it.
@bchesky My wife @SUMMA_ and I also thinking like that after 11 years as super host and have a high rating.
BUT all sudden we’ve re-think again if that’s still relevant after 14 days got ignored by 2 people of airbnb staff for our case, and still unsolved till this second. #IsThisTheEnd
