और राज्य की सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा में 62% उम्मीदवार दूसरे राज्यों के आकर सफल हो जाते हैं!

इसमें गलती किसकी है?
क्या हमारे युवा काबिल नहीं हैं, या फिर सरकार बिहार के युवाओं के साथ गद्दारी कर रही है?

@mktyaggi @bihar_police @samrat4bjp लगता है ट्रेनिंग में कानून कम और गुंडागर्दी ज़्यादा सिखाई गई है। वर्दी पहनने से पहले व्यवहार और जनता से बात करने का तरीका भी सिखाना चाहिए।कानून पूछने पर गालियां देना बता रहा है कि कुछ लोगों को वर्दी तो मिल गई, लेकिन वर्दी के लायक व्यवहार आज तक नहीं मिला।
