it's incredible how these models are now narrowly super intelligent at discrete mathematics

but at the same time they are still below PhD level in other fields

it goes to show how much of the progress depends on verifiability

@Shoggathic @Xenoimpulse Yes, I also study mathematics for a living. I never liked the obsession people especially outside the field have with famous named conjectures, just seemed like more about prestige of it than the subject itself to me, (not always ofc)
