If any of u need bear market jobs
I need to hire about 100 ppl to help develop video games for a well known client
mostly I need creative writers who understand plot, character, and EQ
I also need another 100 ppl to work on the AI - mostly video and audio training
@MoonOverlord game prices have remained the same since inception while the costs to make them have rose exponentially people either need to accept more expensive games, extractive mechanisms, or for the people who make them to be paid like slaves = bye bye games anyway
workforce shortage is probably the biggest bottleneck here tbh
shortage of construction workers = longer to actually build factories
massive shortage of manufacturing labor let alone skilled labor means the jobs would go unfilled anyway i think we’re estimating 50% of manufacturing jobs unfilled by 2032 iirc
we’re going to need a massive culture shift if this were to happen but americans don’t want to go back to working in factories they want to be tiktokers & famous on youtube
@MIC_btc@grok i don’t want everything in life to be an op in/op out subscription i’m okay with some nanny state bs that makes sure the children shows my kid likes are there when i need them without me having to think about it
@bitfloorsghost one thing about nintendo is they will *never* cut you a deal. 8 yr old switch games still gosh dang full price even after sequels have released
