@fairiesncupcake I definitely recommend that if you've never fasted you try to not eat for 6 hours after you wake tomorrow, and then wait longer and longer each day until you can fast 24hrs. If you jump right into a 2hr fast it will probably cause you to binge again :c Stay safe!

@exerc1seh4ter I think you are having compulsions. I would ask you: as a challenge to yourself, could you not exercise at all tmr? Like less than 5k steps and no other exercise? Because if you feel that you can't stop whenever you want, then it's an addiction.
@rouxo57 especially for younger people , it can cause kidney problems! personally I avoid it for that reason, but when I'm older I def will use it! used to have it in my coffee, I miss it :c
last night I complained to my mother about my big legs, and she said they aren't big and they're all muscle, but idk if that's true. I hope not, because if they're muscle, then I have to lose muscle to become smaller, and then I will not be able to run as well. I need to run.
I'm not b/p either I'm not even binging I just have to gain a ton of weight for my weigh-in or my parents are going to stage an intervention and there's no way I can fake more than 3lbs
I always get weighed at my yearly checkup around my birthday so as a late gift to myself I'm going to relapse. all I wanted for my birthday was to be 99lbs but ofc they took it from me. fine. definitely will be 108 by the beginning of the school year though...
