I have never hated anyone over sports bro.

I don’t like LeBron.

I didn’t like Dwyane Wade.

I don’t like Jerry Jones.

I don’t like Lu Dort.

The hatred I have for Nico Harrison for trading Luka Doncic supercedes dislike.

I genuinely hate that mother fu*ker. Like if I ever saw him in the street I would feel obligated to tell him what a fu*king horrible human being he is.

You saw how you broke the fans, the entire city. On a level beyond just sports fandom, you destroyed what an entire franchise was built on. You saw the billboards, the alters to Luka, the shirts, the protests.

You saw the unfair burden you placed on your employees left to pick up your shambles. The reps who took verbal abuse. The social media team who you put in impossible situations. Game ops who had to figure out how they were going to make lemonade put of the rotten lemons you gave them.

You saw the toll it took on the players, who were in the finals MONTHS ago, as they wore their bodies down trying to salvage something for the fans. The fans YOU said you owe nothing to.

You saw the financial ramifications. Decades long season ticket holders, gone. Sponsors, gone. 9 FIGURES of lost profit. Ads from Home Zone, Duolingo and Southwest mocking our franchise.

You saw how DIRK, the face of the entire franchise, distanced himself from your lack of morals, ethics and sense. Because the LOYALTY that means so much to him is foreign to you.

Then you CONTINUE to avoid any shred of responsibility for the pain and stress you have caused. You continue to attempt to gaslight us into forgetting that we were at the brink of a championship in June…and that YOU said we were a Klay away from a title. You continue to drag the team through the mud, even the day before they fight for their season in the play in. I’m sure they appreciate this. You continue to spit in the faces of the fans who use their hard earned money, who make WAY less than you, to support this franchise. All the while hiding out in the safety of an arena tunnel, surrounded by security, unable to face the consequences of your actions.

I didn’t have much hope for your little round table. But this is so much worse than I thought it could be. The complete disregard and care you have shown for everyone in this situation is astounding.

Praying for everyone you continue to leave in your wreckage.
