Same MBBS qualification, same duties, same responsibility — but a huge salary gap between regular & NHM contractual Medical Officers in Bihar.
We request the Govt. of Bihar & Govt. of India to review this disparity and ensure fair pay parity based on “Equal Pay for Equal Work.”

बिहार में संविदा पर कार्यरत MBBS डॉक्टरों को ₹65,000 प्रति माह और द्वितीय मेडिकल ऑफिसर (2nd MO) को ₹60,000 प्रति माह वेतन दिया जा रहा है, जबकि हमारे पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश में समान पद और जिम्मेदारियों के लिए ₹1,00,000 प्रति माह का वेतन मिलता है।
MBBS डॉक्टर बिहार के स्वास्थ्य सेवा तंत्र की रीढ़ हैं, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण और पिछड़े क्षेत्रों में।
वेतन का उचित और समय पर पुनरीक्षण अत्यंत आवश्यक है ताकि डॉक्टरों का मनोबल बढ़े, योग्य प्रतिभाओं को बनाए रखा जा सके और उच्च वेतन देने वाले राज्यों की ओर पलायन को रोका जा सके।

शिकायत संख्या H202954602525 – 3 दिन हो गए लेकिन बीएसएनएल का नेटवर्क आ ही नहीं रहा। आधार का ओटीपी तक नहीं मिल रहा।

हम हमेशा भाजपा को वोट देते आए हैं, लेकिन अब इस बार हिम्मत नहीं हो रही। कम से कम 2जी सेवा तो चालू कीजिए।

@bsnl_care धन्यवाद जवाब देने के लिए। लेकिन हमारी समस्या बहुत गंभीर है, क्योंकि नेटवर्क पूरी तरह गायब है और आधार जैसे जरूरी OTP भी नहीं मिल रहे।

नया BTS कब लगेगा इसका कोई स्पष्ट टाइमलाइन दीजिए। जब तक नया टॉवर नहीं लगता, तब तक कम से कम 2G सेवा चालू की जाए ताकि जरूरी काम रुकें नहीं।
