it seems like they don't want to give my refund even though they took my Bank account details @flipkartsupport and they have the case history but they keep on asking the same thing again and again when I reach them for the complaint status @consumerforum_

@Flipkart 's Delivery executive Marked my order as delivered without delivering the product.
I had taken this issue to the @flipkartsupport and the delivery guy admitted that he by mistake marked my order as delivered.
Its been almost 2 months and i haven't received my refund
