To verify whether the call was genuine, I tried contacting Tata CLiQ customer care multiple times. Unfortunately, not even a single call was answered. This lack of support is very disappointing.

I received a call from a 10-digit mobile number claiming my order had reached Coimbatore but could not be delivered. The caller asked me to make another payment by scanning a QR code and said the original payment would be refunded later.
