Heyy, I got a call from someone claiming to be from tata cliq, and was told that my prepaid order is on hold, and I have to pay the amount again to get the refund and my order. What is this ?

As a result, I had to walk through heavy rain to collect my package and got completely wet. This is not what I expect from a doorstep delivery service.
