Atleast zomato customer service is better no matter what other issues they might have, but with swiggy i have never gotten resolution.

@SwiggyCares it was my first order from the toing app, paid for priority delivery, promised delivered time was 15-20 mins, its been 55 mins now and i haven’t received my order yet, this has happened multiple times with swiggy priority orders too

@TataCLiQCare Already told the scammer that i’m reporting to the police so she immediately cut the call, but this is extreme negligence on your part @TataCLiQCare to not look into this and despite reporting i’m still getting the calls but not my order.
