They did not change the accommodation. So we asked them if they could transfer us back to the departures so we could use the lounge and other eateries. 5AM right now and we are finding out that the flight has been pushed to 8:30AM from 8AM. This is never ending.

@AirIndiaX My flight IX1092 (PNR: TDG3RE) was cancelled after boarding. All passengers were deplaned around 8 PM and left stranded at T1.

It’s 11:11 PM, and we’re waiting, your staff just took down our PNRs & phone numbers in a register claiming we’ll be given accommodation.

They’re now saying we’ll be put up at a hotel called Limewood — which is not a reputed property. I’m traveling with young females, and I’m uncomfortable staying the night in an unsafe, poorly reviewed hotel.

This entire experience has been a nightmare. Please respond urgently.
