Recently, I had been doing cold plunges at a new facility in Roswell called you Uphoria. Just a short sprint of once a week for a four week program hosted by my good friend @__caseymichelle, which included breath work, sauna, and cold plunging.
Now it’s been a few weeks without it. I noticed that when I was doing it consistently at least once a week, I had greater impulse control, resisted simple temptations, like snacking too much & had better focus.
Feeling like I need to start cold plunging again 🥶
don’t get me wrong, fall is beautiful, but I’m definitely a summer girl.
