When I see someone joking that they can just screenshot an NFT, it is incredibly empowering. WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT! It is theirs to be enjoyed, just as much as it is the owners. By making the title of the work public and immutable, it removes the need for possession.
just my amateur collectooor PoV here, but artists who make bold moves which end up shaping or influencing an entire culture which comes afterwards tend to be a pretty good bet
Running a smart contract on Ethereum is like renting a flat in Manhattan. You are hyperconnected (DeFi + other protocols), but you pay a lot for a 30m² studio. You can also move to the suburbs. Get a nice house with a pool and cheap rent, but you’ll need to commute!
Just like the launch of the internet, most of the long term value in the NFT space today will be infrastructural. Everything else will be realized only after we become NFT native. Invest your time accordingly.
On a trip for some paperwork for a week or two. Sorry if I missed any of your DMs or mentions.
I’ll be back with very exciting shit soon! 😎
Miss you all 🤍
