Yo #ADHD Twitter i could use some help. Got a bonus kid with adhd. She's 6. She only eats like 4 foods, often skips lunch at school, it's a battle to get her to eat at dinner, even her 'safe' foods.

I know this could like be the adhd but I don't know what it feels like for her

At school, she says she 'doesn't get time' to eat. Obviously, she gets lunch times and other kids eat. I feel like she's distracted/overwhelmed during breaks so doesn't get to eating. What helps with that?
