@royalairmaroc When will the despicable treatment stop?! My aged mother was abandoned in Cassablanca after she missed her connecting flight to Manchester due to your delay from Lagos Nigeria. What was meant to be a 2hour layover has turned Into a 24hrs delay. No hotel, no update!

Ground staff refused to take her complaints or even speak to me when I called on the phone. My mom has physical health conditions. Are we not all human beings?? Where did she go wrong. She can't leave the airport, you expect her to bath eat and sleep in the airport for 24hrs??
