Flare Confidential Compute is ready to deploy on Songbird.
Pending governance, FCC brings the Flare 2.0 stack to @FlareNetworks' canary network: verifiable confidential compute, Protocol Managed Wallets, and an upgraded Flare Data Connector.

Phase 2 changes how unstaking works.
Once FXRP is backing active coverage, it can't be withdrawn until its coverage obligations are complete.
The unstaking window extends to align with 30-day cover periods, ensuring capital remains available while claims can be validated and settled.
At the same time, streamed emissions and slashing both go live, so earning rewards and providing cover now come as a single package.
A useful snapshot of the security layer builders rely on.
Validator participation is more than a staking metric. It shows how broadly the network’s security and validation are distributed.
For developers, https://t.co/tpIeDwq2Z4 is a simple way to track validator participation and network decentralization over time.
Three developments. One theme: XRP yield markets on Flare are getting deeper and more usable.
Volume at scale. Liquidity that rolls forward. An order book on the way.

3 practical tips before submitting your project to the hackathon:
- Cut scope until you can demo the full product in 2 minutes. One user, one problem, one working flow.
- Make the Flare integration matter. A judge should be able to see immediately what FAssets, FCC, FDC, FTSO or Smart Accounts actually enable in your product.
- Don’t leave the core flow for the final week. Get it working now, then spend the remaining time improving UX, docs and making the submission easy to verify.
The next wave of Flare apps is starting to look very real. ☀️
