For the record - the med I get for my cat at a retail human pharm is not controlled or scheduled, and you sell it (rivaroxaban 2.5mg), so the question would be if it isnt controlled and vets are using human meds for pets, is there something else blocking?
@mcuban@costplusdrugs is there a regulatory reason CostPlus can't fill a pet Rx? Just trying to understand how my local grocery store retail pharmacy gets away with it with an Rx from the Mizzou Vet Hospital Cardiology dept.
I am in a place to afford it but for example, my pet is on rivaroxaban which did recently go generic at the 2.5mg dose he is on, but thats still 87 a month with Goodrx at my local retail. It would potentially make a big difference to people to get it at CPD prices
