If I could change the word #persona to the word #character for the entire product field, I would.

I change all names to unique nicknames representing something unique the person said, just so the team can remember the person more easily.

Creating customer personas are great but make sure they’re grounded in data.
Too often I see teams make their personas up. That’s ok if you validate them afterwards, but dangerous if you don’t and they guide decisions.
@lawtonpybus Yes, after projects in which multiple researchers were involved. Most of the time the need for a retro emerges from a conversation and the format is a loosely moderated chat with a couple of action points to implement for future projects.
