@egate_world I purchased an E Gate Zen 7X projector from Amazon, which was delivered on 6th April 2026. First I noticed 2–3 black dots on the screen clearly a defective product.I tried contacting E Gate customer support, but the experience has been pathetic.

I have purchased a product from flipkart it's been 2 days since my product is out for delivery but not delivered yet even delivery partner is not picking up my call and rejecting a call again and again.

@excitel_rocks Every customer care executive giving me same replies but it is not being resolved @excitel_rocks has just fooled their customers.

@excitel_rocks - I've been Facing no internet connectivity since 20 days. I've contacted multiple times to customer care registered a complaint multiple times but there is no progress. I'm just stucked because of 6 months subscription will never recommend to anyone.
