One thing I like about the western countries like USA, UK, Canada or Australia is that people have a certain minimum wage. Also people don’t shy away from working as cleaner, pick packer, taxi driver or barista who earn as good as in average white collar jobs if not more.

You can’t fall below certain living standards even if you take blue collar jobs. And that is the reason, people here are far more willing to take risks and work on their dreams rather than running after elite job titles just for the sake of money.
