The dragon battle between Caraxes, Sheepstealer, Syrax, and Seasmoke was absolute CINEMA.

We all expected Caraxes to dominate because that’s what he does, but Syrax genuinely surprised me. She came in swinging and actually had Sheepstealer on the back foot for a while. Landing multiple clean hits on a wild, feral dragon is no small feat.

One of the best rider and dragon moments in the series. Aegon really pulled up like, “Thought I was out? Surprise.” The timing, the entrance, and Sunfyre answering his call made that scene unforgettable.

I don’t even know where to begin because this episode put me through every emotion imaginable. I was literally on the edge of my seat. I got chills, I was gripping everything around me, and my heart was racing every time those dragons collided. That entire sequence had me in an absolute.

To me, this was just a glimpse of what’s coming when the Dance truly begins. Last season gave us our first taste with Meleys, Sunfyre, and Vhagar, but this episode turned the intensity up another level. If this is only the appetizer, I honestly don’t know if I’m ready for the main course
