@ZARA_Care Everytime I try to reach out to them regarding my refund issue I am told that a manual refund is processed on this and that date and will take 10-14 days but I never receive it. They don’t even provide me with a UTR number to check with my bank. Worst experience!!

@ZARA_Care honestly the worst customer support experience ever. I returned a few items from my September order and still haven’t received my refund after 3 months! Every time I contact support, they provide no clear updates.I honestly have no hope of getting the refund anymore.
