A lot of people in FKR world should use this as an occasion for serious introspection, not just about their views of the case, but about the candor and character of Karen and her legal team. They won’t. But they should.
Karen and her legal team are deeply dishonest.
The FBI, the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world, conducted its own forensic review of Jen McCabe's phone using the Regional Computer Forensic Lab. The RCFL issued a report and concluded that Jen McCabe's Google search occurred at 6:24 a.m., just as McCabe testified. This is in the plaintiffs discovery.
Discovery will also show that Read, and Kearney through their roles in conspiracy, had access to that report and chose to consciously ignore it and to continue their false narrative. They have been lying to all of you.
On top of that, Two of the world’s top digital forensic experts — Ian Whiffin and Jessica Hyde — both testified that 2:27 was not a search. It was simply a “last tab open” timestamp for Safari.
And that same open tab is what was used later — at 6:23 and 6:24 a.m. — when Jen McCabe actually did perform the “how long” search, after Karen Read asked her to.
Whiffin didn’t stop at explaining it — he showed it. A live demonstration, under oath, right in the courtroom. The jury and everyone watching saw exactly how the timestamp works. Jessica Hyde confirmed the same findings.
And importantly — no one testified that the search occurred at 2:27. Not a single witness.

2022: “if she hit him she did not realize it “
2023: Memory magically returns. “Wait, I remember now! I was framed by a massive, sweeping conspiracy!”
Sure, Karen.
