Also sorry the screenshot "theme" is so bad it was just me setting random values to see what could be done. You can change the colour of every UI element with rgb values no problem.

After effects custom theme is entirely possible btw. Adobe doesn't want you to know.

This was me messing around with cheat engine 2 years ago. After effects is moddable somebody could make a program that lets you customise and then it injects that theme.
