Ngayon lang uli nabuhay ang liga. Sold out Game 7.
Deserve magchampion.
Balasahin mo na yan Alfrancis Chua!!! #PBAFinals
Hello, Love, Again - The Nega Movie Review
There are films that should never have a sequel and I believe, and I will really choose to go tegibels on this hill, Hello, Love, Goodbye is one of them.
1/n
10. Based sa kung saan nila dinala yung storya, parang mahirap na istretch to a Part 3. Which I think is tanggap na rin nila.
There. I still encourage you to see it in theaters and support Filipino movies. But #HelloLoveAgain is a closed book na for me.
Goodbye, Joy and Ethan.
7. I love the soundtrack ‘Palagi’ pero nandun pa rin pala yung ‘Kung Di Rin Lang Ikaw’ from HLG so parang nag-agawan sila ng moments? Then there are scenes parang bugang buga naman yung soundtrack in our face. Sana lang it was used more thoughtfully.
8. Parang di masyado nachallenge si Kathryn here. From where she is in her career now I wish she was stretched more here in terms of acting. Pero di masyado nabigyan ng opportunity? There’s nothing more than what you saw in the trailer.
9. Daming brand placements.
4. It’s true. Binuhat ni Joross yung buong comic relief ng movie. Ang galing talaga bumitaw ng linya.
5. That said, Kuya Jobert was underutilized. Sayang.
6. Ang OA nina Valerie and Jenica. Namiss ko yung chemistry ng orig Hello Love Goodbye crew Kakai, Lovely, Jeff, Mai-mai.
3. Alden is actually good in this movie. Very natural acting especially sa heavy scenes. There are scenes I felt he even outshined Kathryn. Idk baka dahil Joy’s character here is quite similar with THOU’s George na trying to move on and choosing between career & love. So there.
Honest review of #HelloLoveAgain
Compared to Part 1, the sequel is underwhelming. I was expecting to leave the cinema with the same haunting feeling I got from HLG pero waley. Ako lang ba? Parang naging regular StarCinema movie na lang siya. Here’s probably why I felt this way:
1. The movie felt rushed. Unlike HLG na well thought of & very delicate ang storytelling, this felt like a series of management decisions. Parang minadali irelease this year.
2. Cinematography is lacking. I got to love Hong Kong’s vibrance sa HLG but Canada here was just… meh.
