He writes that UFOs and the so-called “Greys” already use this kind of technology. According to the author, they are capable of:

- traveling through hyperspace;
- disappearing and reappearing instantly;
- crossing vast cosmic distances;
- manipulating space and time.

The author also claims that humans could potentially use such technologies as well, because a human being is supposedly not just a physical body, but also an “energy being.” The text states that human consciousness and energy are connected to other dimensions.

He further links:

- astral projection;
- remote viewing;
- near-death experiences;
- UFOs;
- teleportation;
- and hyperspace

into one unified system.

The patent describes a device that allegedly generates a pulsed gravitational wave. This wave is supposed to open a passage through hyperspace and transport a person from one location to another.

The author even claims that he personally experienced something resembling accidental teleportation near an airport after being exposed to a powerful electromagnetic or gravitational wave.

The text also suggests that modern science either hides or fails to understand the true nature of space, time, and consciousness, while extraterrestrial civilizations have supposedly mastered these technologies long ago.

At the same time, the author provides no evidence, experiments, or working prototype. The application was never recognized as a valid patent and is generally considered pseudoscientific.
