Maxx continues to be on track in his recovery and if anything is ahead of schedule according to his surgeon Dr Neal El Attrache. Maxx remains on track to return during the offseason program & will undoubtedly return as the dominant game wrecker he has been these past 7 seasons.
Austin Rivers says the Jonathan Kuminga situation is bull sh*t and personal
“This is a 20 point per game caliber player. I know this because he’s done it. He is a freak talent and athlete. How the hell can this guy not get a minute on a sorry a** Warriors team? It drives me crazy. I watch this piss poor a** Warriors team play and I’m like how the fu*k is this guy not getting off the bench”

My first starting Job in the league was blocking for the best returner in NFL history in Atlanta on kick return.. you thought we would let him down and one the best players to ever play this game in Urlacher? Na.. Hell na. Thank you to our big brothers for being there with us. On to the next.
Look closely, it says intensity, not duration. The goal is to send your body a clear signal that you’re demanding an effort it isn’t yet capable of, so it’s forced to adapt.
You don’t build a great physique by doing two-hour workouts and training muscular endurance. Your sessions should be short, brutally intense, and taken beyond failure.
When you take a set to true failure, you simply can’t repeat that level of effort on another set, that’s the whole point.
A great way to understand what real intensity feels like is to incorporate rest-pause work. For example, yesterday I trained back, and by the end I couldn’t perform a single pull-up, even though I can normally do 20+.
