Quality sure does matter, but it is not a coincidence that centenarians diet consists of oats, chocolate and other quality carbs. No one is saying that you should eat food from packets lol.

@karaoke_andi Not fake weights lol... Those are technique plates certified by IWF made specifically for training the weightlifting technique. They need to be that thick with perfect height to perfectly simulate the starting position for youngsters. Imagine 7yo using 25kg plates for training...

If I would have made that amount as a individual, I would "disappear" for good, or put my value elsewhere rather then sell $10k mentorship...
