@j3rah_ First up: a full GTM insights platform. Market landscape, customer insights and positioning in one place. Basically, everything you want to understand before deciding where and how to compete. And a GTM agent that triggers your next best GTM action.
Unsere Designkunden-Phase ist abgeschlossen, die Plattform steht, und jetzt im Oktober startet der Softlaunch von p.ready_Market. Ab jetzt zeige ich hier, wie wir bauen und entscheiden. #buildinpublic
@asmartbear Same trap in most marketing dashboards. A 0.2 point change gets a meeting, while the thing that actually moves revenue, like why the last five deals were lost, rarely shows up as a number at all.
@lennysan@ElenaVerna Average intelligence is great for drafts and risky for positioning. When everyone prompts the same model about the same category, everyone ends up with the same sentence, and then the buyer compares on price.
@davegerhardt The word choice is the positioning. "Artificial" frames it as a replacement, "super" frames it as an upgrade for the person using it. Buyers decide with the first word which of the two they're looking at.
@jasonlk 63% of CMOs changing jobs also means a lot of positioning that only lived in someone's head walks out the door. Unless the story is written down with the evidence behind it, every new CMO starts from zero.
@aleyda@giacomozecchini Bookmarked. My hunch from the positioning side: agents favour the page that states in one sentence who it is for. Clear positioning ends up being a technical factor too.
@randfish@ecommcowboy Zero click moves the question from "how do we get the visit" to "what does the answer say about us". If an AI summary describes you in your competitor's words, the shortlist is decided before anyone reaches your site.
@poyark The HubSpot case is the loud version. For many mid-sized B2B companies in Germany the quiet version is worse: they haven't checked yet whether ChatGPT names them at all. Step zero is simply asking the model what it says about your category.
@searchbrat Agree, and judgment travels better inside a team when it comes with evidence. "I think we should drop this segment" starts a debate. "Here are 40 buyer quotes and none of them mention our core claim" ends one.
@majavoje Step 1 is where the damage happens quietly. A wrong ICP still books meetings, so outreach looks fine for months. The signal I watch is deals that stall at the same question every time. That question usually points back to who you chose to sell to.
@peeplaja The quickest test I know: put your one-pager next to a competitor's and swap the logos. If nothing breaks, the research happened on a slide and never reached the copy. Buyer words in your messaging are the proof that someone actually listened.
