Your sin is not the disqualification. Your refusal to repent is.
The strongest men in scripture weren't the sinless ones. They were the ones who fell and did not stay down.
David: adultery, a murder ordered from a throne, a dead son. And the psalm he wrote on his face: "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise."
Peter: three denials in one night. "And Peter went out, and wept bitterly." Fifty days later he stood in the same city and preached the sermon that saved three thousand.
Paul: dragged Christians to prison and death. "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief."
"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
God is not collecting monuments. He's raising men who get on their face, get clean, and get back in the fight.

Women these days boast of independence as if its a crown to wear, but really its just a pretty name for loneliness, a word for being husbandless. they preach their gospel of emancipation but its all lies, all the ravings of victoryless hags shrieking into the void, screaming their triumph even as their hope withers, even as malignant tumors take root in wombs gone fallow. their independence is only a severance from love, the only love theyll ever know. god bless them, may they see past the lies, past and into the light beyond, before its too late, before their bones are buried alone in the dust of the independent road.
Love isn’t emotionalism, sensuality, or anything else carnal. it’s self sacrifice. It’s literally killing the flesh. That’s love. Bloody and battered Jesus on the cross, crushed for our sins. That’s love. Don’t be deceived by demons selling lust as love.
If you can willingly sin without an ounce of remorse about it, and do it repeatedly then I don’t really believe you have the Holy Spirit. The key here is without remorse; because all of us will still sin, and yes, some of us will do wrong knowing full well it’s wrong. It’s the flesh, and it’s a lost battle. But the truly regenerated soul will not rest until they seek reconciliation/repentance. It will physically pain them the wrong they’ve done. God is holy. We are to be too.
I never pretended I was innocent.
I've been wrong.
I've been toxic.
I've hurt people.
But I grew from it. Jesus happened in my life. I claim every move I make, no excuses. However heavy the cost.
Most conceal their part and point fingers. Repented ones say: "This was me."
Nothing produces a villain so efficiently as a brilliant mind left to ferment without God. somewhere right now there is a man with a beautiful mind for mathematics curdling into a petty manipulator because nobody ever gave him anything larger than himself to serve. history is full of these rotten brilliant geniuses, every single one of them had the same blank accountant's stare by the end, that same flat calculating quiet that passes for composure but is actually the calm of a man who has already decided everybody around him is less than him and is merely waiting for the correct time to say so
