The closest I have seen is a guy in twitter imagining that the whole island was teleported to eastern europe. That is about the quality of debate.

@PhillipsPOBrien I am not surprised that there is support. I certainly see people arguing for it or for caring about defense more generally. However it is unlikely to go to referendum until it is a slam dunk win.

@andrewflood Ach, I just can’t see it. I think Leo will hang on as long as he can. I can’t see landlords selling for 90% when they could delay and sell for 100% of property value. Unless the landlord thinks the situation will become less friendly in the next year.
