A car once caught fire literally at the exit of my street. Around 10 of us were stuck until the fire was out and emergency services moved. The school thought we were skiving gave us all a lunch time detention for been late/ lying. The car fire was then all over the evening news.

I remember our bus picking up 90 odd kids late one morning. We then hit traffic coming off the M6 due to an accident. We all arrived 40 or so minutes late, got a bollocking off the receptionist like we’d planned the whole thing to get out of school!

Before I had kids I never even considered parking in parent and child spaces with no child, since having kids I’ve quickly learnt not everyone thinks this way. I bet if they were the furthest spaces from the shops parents wouldn’t struggle to park in them.

Since having a baby, you know what has become a pet peeve of mine… hats!!! Why do shops sell hats with their baby outfits? It’s a redundant item of clothing!

I think if they approached it in a similar way that Disney have with Star Wars it would give us fans the best of both worlds.

That said I will watch, and I’m excited for my son to experience growing up with the magic of Harry Potter like we did!

Mixed feelings on this, the films did miss a lot out (justice for Peeves), but lots of those stories, such as Marauders or Tom Riddle’s backstory could be spin off shows.

Yes, I know a tv series will have time to explore those stories but the films are perfectly imperfect

I’ve achieved two very minor things today, but I’m so proud of myself I need to share. I bathed the baby on my own, and got him settled for a nap long enough to read a chapter of my book!

@WTomaney @ruhawksley @gregjames It used to wind me up so much people asking when we’d have kids, I’m pretty sure someone asked us at our wedding! You never know what people are facing/ going through.

Totally agree! It doesn’t ruin your life, and I feel so different out mine than I do other peoples.
